White Truffle Butter ingredients: Grade AA Butter (Pasteurized Cream, Lactic Acid), White Truffles (Oil, Salt, White Truffles).
Black Truffle Butter ingredients: Grade AA Butter (Pasteurized Cream, Lactic Acid), Black Truffle Base (Protein Hydrolysate, Summer Truffles).
Roasted Garlic Herb Butter Ingredients: Grade AA Butter (Pasteurized Cream, Lactic Acid), Roasted Garlic (Garlic, Citric Acid), Parsley, Basil, Oregano, Chives, Onion Salt, Garlic Salt, Black Pepper.
Usage: Put a pat of our White Truffle, Black Truffle, or Roasted Garlic Herb Butter directly on top of a well-rested steak. If you prefer to cook your steak in a cast-iron pan — after you take the steak off the heat, deglaze the pan with a swirl of butter for an out-of-this-world pan sauce!
