All Landry's Kitchen purchases are packed and shipped with the utmost of care to the 48 Contiguous United States. To ensure your delivery arrives in pristine condition, we do have a $75.00 order minimum.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy 

We currently ship to the Contiguous United States and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.

In order to ensure that your perishable items arrive in pristine condition, all of our orders are packed with dry ice and shipped either Fed-Ex Standard Overnight, Fed-Ex 2 Day, or Fed-Ex Home Delivery services. 

Fed-Ex Standard Overnight delivery services are scheduled to arrive by 8 pm on your scheduled delivery day. 

Fed-Ex 2 Day services are scheduled to arrive within two days from your ship date.

Fed-Ex Home Delivery services are scheduled to arrive within 1-3 days of your ship date, based upon your destination and selected delivery service.

PACKAGING

Your products are individually wrapped or packaged in designated containers as noted in each item description page. They are then packed with dry ice in an insulated cooler to ensure optimum temperatures are achieved while your delivery is en route. 

SHIPPING ACCURACY

Check your address carefully. Landry's Kitchen reserves the right to make corrections and will not honor credits if an address error is made. Upon delivery, your order should be checked in it's entirety. Any issues must be reported to landryskitchen@ldry.com within 24 hours of receipt of your package.

STORE YOUR ITEMS SAFELY

All Landry's Kitchen frozen items should be immediately placed in the freezer upon arrival. Reference the Seafood Care menu for storage, thawing procedures and shellfish preparation.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, outside of shipping claims that are properly transmitted to landryskitchen@ldry.com as noted in the shipping accuracy section;  returns are not accepted.
