Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the Contiguous United States and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.
All orders automatically ship via our Fed-Ex Home Delivery service. To ensure that your perishable items arrive in pristine condition, we pack all orders with enough dry ice to last an additional day on top of your standard transit time as delays do occasionally occur and are outside of our control. To ensure next day delivery, you will need to select our FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery service.
Fed-Ex Home Delivery services are scheduled to arrive within 1-4 days of your selected ship date (see Standard Transit Times below).
- LA, TX: 1 - 2 days
- AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MO, MS, OK, NE, NM, OH, TN: 2 - 3 days
- AZ, CA, CT, DC, DE, ID, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NY, NV, ND, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY: 3 - 4 days
Fed-Ex Standard Overnight delivery services are scheduled to arrive within 1 day by 8 pm from your selected ship date.
All Landry's Kitchen orders are shipped out Monday-Thursday with cut-off times as follows:

PACKAGING
Your products are individually wrapped or packaged in designated containers as noted in each item description page. They are then packed with dry ice in an insulated cooler to ensure optimum temperatures are achieved while your delivery is en route.
SHIPPING ACCURACY
Check your address carefully. Landry's Kitchen reserves the right to make corrections and will not honor credits if an address error is made. Upon delivery, your order should be checked in its entirety. Any issues must be emailed to landryskitchen@ldry.com along with photo documentation within 24 hours of receipt of your package. Please note, if it is determined replacement product will be reshipped, shipping fees from the initial order will not be reimbursed.
STORE YOUR ITEMS SAFELY
All Landry's Kitchen frozen items should be immediately placed in the freezer or refrigerator upon arrival. Reference our Thawing & Storage Procedures for additional information.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, outside of issues that are properly transmitted to landryskitchen@ldry.com as noted in the shipping accuracy section; returns are not accepted.
