If my steaks arrive partially thawed, are they still good?

Shipping

We ship to the Contiguous United States and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.

How do you ship your orders?

In order to ensure that your perishable items arrive in pristine condition, all of our orders are packed with dry ice and shipped either Fed-Ex Standard Overnight, Fed-Ex 2 Day, or Fed-Ex Home Delivery services. 

How fast can my order be shipped?

Fed-Ex Standard overnight shipping will arrive the next business day when ordered before 2pm on Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday ship out on Monday. For more information, please refer to the cut-off times table here.  

How fast can I receive my order?

Fed-Ex Standard Overnight delivery services are scheduled to arrive by 3 pm on your scheduled delivery day. 


Fed-Ex 2 Day services are scheduled to arrive within two days from your ship date.

Fed-Ex Home Delivery services are scheduled to arrive within one to three days of your ship date, based upon the designated shipping chart for your state. Click here to view the chart.

Can I recycle foam containers that I have received from Landry's Kitchen?

Yes, you can recycle foam coolers, but not all centers are equipped to recycle them. Please call your local recycling center to check. You can find the nearest recycling center that accepts foam coolers by visiting FoamFacts.com/recycling/. Type your zip code at the bottom right corner of the map to see results near you. How do I handle dry ice?

Dry Ice temperature is extremely cold at -109.3°F or -78.5°C. Always handle Dry Ice with care and wear protective cloth or leather gloves whenever touching it. An oven mitt or towel will work. If touched briefly, it is harmless, but prolonged contact with the skin will freeze cells and cause injury similar to a burn.

How are Landry's Kitchen products packed?

Your products are individually wrapped or packaged in designated containers as noted in each item description page. They are then packed with dry ice in an insulated cooler to ensure optimum temperatures are achieved while your delivery is en route.

All major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Gift cards are only accepted manually by contacting the Landry’s Kitchen customer service team at landryskitchen@ldry.com or 713-386-7293. Casino comps are not accepted.

Any orders under $179 have an option of a standard $9.99 shipping charge or a $29.99 overnight shipping charge. All orders above $179 will ship free.

Why are there no Monday deliveries?

To ensure the best quality and safety of the product, shipping options are only from Monday - Thursday. This way no merchandise sits in transit longer than needed.
