Storage Procedures Upon Delivery
Upon delivery of your package, the product should be removed from the shipping container and immediately placed in the house freezer or chest freezer. When storing fresh seafood, keep it in the coldest part of the refrigerator. Use a thermometer to make sure your home refrigerator is operating at 40°F or lower.
