How to prepare Horseradish Lemon Butter
Yield: 16 Servings
1 Pound Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup Prepared Horseradish
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Chervil, or Tarragon)
3 Lemons Juiced
Zest of One Lemon
1 teaspoon Sea Salt (Semi Fine)
How to prepare Butter
- Whip the softened butter in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment on medium speed until double in volume, pale and fluffy approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Add remaining Ingredients, and mix for 1 minute more.
- Chill and store until ready to use.
- When ready to use, place a melon baller or Tablespoon under hot running water for 30 seconds to heat, and scoop butter portions.
This butter can be frozen and used for up to 3 months!
