How to prepare Mango & Poblano Pepper Salsa

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients: 

1 Tbs. Shallot (minced)
1 Tsp Garlic (minced)
½ Cup Mango (diced ½”)
¼ Cup Poblano Pepper (diced ¼”)
2 Tbs. Maple Syrup
½ Cup Chicken Stock

 

How to prepare Mango & Poblano Salsa 

  1. Place all ingredients in a skillet over medium heat, stir occasionally reducing liquid by half.
  2. Pour hot sauce over chicken breasts and enjoy!

This Salsa is the perfect accompaniment to grilled or baked Chicken Breast, Chilean Seabass, or Red Snapper
