How to Prepare Sweet Corn & Cherry Tomato Salsa

Difficult Level:       

½ Cup Corn Kernels, cut from a cob
1 Tbsp. Shallots, sliced thin
½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes, diced
1 Tbsp. Basil Leaves, sliced very thin
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

How to prepare  

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Cover and allow to sit at room temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes.

This super easy and versatile recipe is perfect with grilled or blackened ORA King Salmon or Atlantic Salmon; also excellent with Prime New York Strip or any protein of your choice.
