Simple Roasted Corn

How to prepare Roasted Corn

Difficulty Level:    

Serves 6


Corn kernels, frozen 1 cup
Vegetable oil 1 TBL
Kosher salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp

How to prepare Roasted Corn 

  1. Place the mixture on a sheet tray.
  2. Place the tray into the oven on the broiler setting.
  3. Allow the corn to roast until the kernels have a slight char.
  4. Stir the corn one time and allow it to continue to cook until it is evenly charred.
  5. Remove from heat and serve warm.
