Ingredients:
1 Tbs. Shallot (minced)
1 Tsp Garlic (minced)
½ Cup Mango (diced ½”)
¼ Cup Poblano Pepper (diced ¼”)
2 Tbs. Maple Syrup
½ Cup Chicken Stock
How to prepare Mango & Poblano Salsa
- Place all ingredients in a skillet over medium heat, stir occasionally reducing liquid by half.
- Pour hot sauce over chicken breasts and enjoy!
This Salsa is the perfect accompaniment to grilled or baked Chicken Breast, Chilean Seabass, or Red Snapper.
