How to prepare bruschetta bread
Yield: 20 slices
1 Baguette (22-24" long)
Olive Oil as needed
How o make bruschetta
Slice the baguette at an angle to cut slices 1/2" thick and 6" long
Lightly brush both cut surfaces of the bread slices
Char-grill until slightly toasted on each side approximately 30seconds per side. You can also use broiler in case the grill is not available.
Hold at room temperature before serving.
