Smoked Salmon Flatbread

How to Prepare Smoked Salmon Flatbread

Serves 6

Ingredients Lemon Dill Aioli Ingredients:
 
1 Flat Bread
1 oz. Oil, Olive Blend
1 tsp. Everything Spice
2 oz. Lemon Dill Aioli
1 Hard Boiled Egg Grated on Microplane
10 each Sliced Radish
1 oz. Creme Fraiche or Sour Cream
1 tsp. Capers, drained
16 each Chive Baton
1 cup Mayonaisse
1 cup Sour Cream
1⁄2  tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbs. Lemon Zest
¼ cup Dill, stems removed, chopped
Salt and White Pepper
How to prepare Lemon Dill Aioli:

 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Transfer to a storage container and allow to sit overnight for best flavor.

 

How to prepare the Flat Bread:

  1. Brush a flatbread with the olive oil and sprinkle the everything spice evenly over the surface.
  2. Toast until crisp in 400°F oven for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and smear all over with lemon dill aioli.
  4. Lay the slices of salmon all over, still leaving a small border of exposed bread.
  5. Cut the flatbread into 8 pieces, and slide onto the rectangle plate.
  6. Sprinkle all over with micro-planed hard-boiled egg.
  7. Follow with radish slices, in a random pattern.
  8. Dot all over with creme fraiche or sour cream.
  9. Sprinkle with capers.
  10. Garnish with chive batons.
