How to Prepare Smoked Salmon Flatbread

Ingredients Lemon Dill Aioli Ingredients: 1 Flat Bread1 oz. Oil, Olive Blend1 tsp. Everything Spice2 oz. Lemon Dill Aioli1 Hard Boiled Egg Grated on Microplane10 each Sliced Radish1 oz. Creme Fraiche or Sour Cream1 tsp. Capers, drained16 each Chive Baton 1 cup Mayonaisse1 cup Sour Cream1 1⁄2 tsp. Lemon Juice1 Tbs. Lemon Zest¼ cup Dill, stems removed, choppedSalt and White PepperHow to prepare Lemon Dill Aioli:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Transfer to a storage container and allow to sit overnight for best flavor.
How to prepare the Flat Bread:
- Brush a flatbread with the olive oil and sprinkle the everything spice evenly over the surface.
- Toast until crisp in 400°F oven for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove from oven and smear all over with lemon dill aioli.
- Lay the slices of salmon all over, still leaving a small border of exposed bread.
- Cut the flatbread into 8 pieces, and slide onto the rectangle plate.
- Sprinkle all over with micro-planed hard-boiled egg.
- Follow with radish slices, in a random pattern.
- Dot all over with creme fraiche or sour cream.
- Sprinkle with capers.
- Garnish with chive batons.
