Partridge in a Pear Tree


1.5 oz. Grey Goose Pear, or your favorite pear vodka
¼ oz. St. Elizabeth All Spice Dram
½ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Lemon Juice
Your favorite sparkling wine (Prosecco, Cava, etc…)


 How to make it:   

  1. Rim your glass with a lemon wedge and a mixture of Cinnamon & Sugar.
  2. Add Vodka, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and All Spice Dram to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake 25 times or until the outside of the shaker is ice cold and frosted.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass or flute and top with sparkling wine
