3 oz. Ron Zacapa 23, or your favorite dark aged rum
1 pc. Sugar Cube
4 dashes Chocolate Bitters
How to make it:
Add Sugar Cube and Bitters to a rocks glass.
Mash with a bar spoon.
Add rum then top with ice. Stir approx. 20 times until ice begins to melt and sugar is dissolved.
Garnish with orange peel or piece of chocolate
