3 oz. Ron Zacapa 23, or your favorite Dark Aged Rum
1 pc. Sugar Cube
4 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Orange Peel Or piece of Chocolate for garnish
How to make it:
Add Sugar Cube and Bitters to a rocks glass.
Mash with a bar spoon.
Add Rum, then top with ice. Stir approximately 20 times until ice begins to melt and Sugar is dissolved.
Garnish with Orange Peel or a piece of Chocolate
