Ingredients:
2 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon, or your favorite Bourbon
¾ oz. Honey
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Cold Pressed Apple Juice
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake 25 times or until the outside of the shaker is ice cold and frosted.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of granny smith apple
